A bespoke thermo ayous sauna with a frameless glass front, under bench heating and an automated saline dosing system, designed and built for this room by a firm that has been doing it since 1968.
FITNESS STUDIO & GYM
A private training floor in Crouch End, built for strength, conditioning and recovery. Eleiko kit specially selected and designed for the space, racks you will not queue for, cardio that earns its place, and the sauna, ice bath and experience shower a few steps away. Open every day, 7am to 10pm.
What’s on the floor
One room, three ways to use it, and enough of everything that you train on your terms, not in a queue.
Strength
Two Eleiko half racks on wooden lifting platforms, each fully integrated with cables, pulleys and a full set of attachments. Calibrated plates, competition bars, kettlebells and dumbbells up to 40kg.
Conditioning
A Woodway curved treadmill, a Concept2 rower and a BikeErg, a leg press, a lat pull down and low row, and pull up bars, landmine and dip stations on the racks. Short, hard sessions that fit around work.
Recovery
The contrast zone is a few steps from the floor: sauna, ice bath and experience shower, included in every membership and every drop in.

Three specialists, each the best at what they do, chosen before a wall went up. Nothing here is off the shelf.
CET CryoSpas
A Glacier Ice bath, stainless steel inside and cedar outside, chilled to one degree, with skim filtration, UV and automated dosing. The ice bath the professional teams use.
Eleiko
Specially selected and designed for the space. Racks, platforms, calibrated plates and bars from the company that supplies the Olympic and Commonwealth Games.
Changing rooms worth the name
Four private shower and changing pods, three vanity stations with mirrors and hair dryers, lockers, and towels provided. Arrive from work, train, reset in the contrast zone, and leave ready for the rest of the day.
