We believe true fitness goes beyond the gym floor, which is why we have created a space where focused one-to-one training combines with restorative heat and cold therapy. Sauna, ice bath, experience shower and personalised coaching under one roof. This is 360 wellness.
Two opening offers, 30 places on each
Annual membership: £1,620 for your first year, then £1,800 a year. Full membership: £150 a month for your first 13 months. Both close on 1 February 2027, or sooner if the places go.

Contrast therapy, built in
Sauna, ice bath and experience shower, arranged as a single loop. Heat, then cold, then the shower to reset, run it as often as you like. The recovery happens a few steps from the gym floor, not across town.
Ice bath
Kept cold and kept short. Bracing, not brutal.
Experience shower
Warm, cold, and settings in between. The reset between rounds.
